Visit to the Alanya Environmental Laboratory
As Alanya University Vocational School, we held a productive meeting aimed at strengthening academia-industry collaboration during our visit to the Alanya Environmental Laboratory.
The meeting was attended by our Vocational School Director Dr. Elif Gizem Yetkin, our Vocational School Deputy Director Lecturer Dr. Erdi Eren, Lecturer Dr. Gökhan Gurur Gökmen representing the Food Quality Control and Analysis Program, and Lecturer Murat Doğaner representing the Chemical Technology Program. During the visit, internship opportunities, project collaborations, and external stakeholder processes that would enable our students to develop their sectoral application skills, particularly for our Food Quality Control and Analysis and Chemical Technology programs, were discussed. In addition, an agreement was reached on the preparation of a protocol to establish a structured cooperation model between the two institutions.
We believe that such partnerships, which bring together academic knowledge and the field of application, will make significant contributions to both the professional competence of our students and the development of the regional sector.
We would like to thank Ms. Dilber Özsoy Okur and the officials of the Alanya Environmental Laboratory for their kind hospitality and collaborative approach.
